Latest Update! Arkansas Medical Marijuana Court Ruling

Honorable Wendell L. Griffen, Circuit Court Judge ruled that, in a nutshell, that both the appeal by Naturalis Health, LLC and the counter appeal by the MMC and Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration were without jurisdiction.

This is a win for patients and a disheartening blow for those who felt they were unjustly graded in the reviewing process. The industry should now be able to move forward. Grow facilities that havent yet began construction will do so and then begin growing porduct. Dispensaries will be announced next, at a date and time current undetermined.
